MOUNT VERNON – Larry J. Schafer, 80, of Mount Vernon, passed away on Monday, Oct. 17, 2022, at The Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus.

Visitation will be held on Monday, Oct. 24, from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Snyder Funeral Home – Lasater Chapel, 11337 Upper Gilchrist Road in Mount Vernon, where funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Mound View Cemetery.
