PUBLIC NOTICE
The Hilliar Township Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing at 5120 Columbus Road, Centerburg, Ohio on Monday, June 20, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss an application for a variance to allow additional square footage for a pole barn (192 sq. ft. and porch), which conflicts with Section 4.07 (2f) of the township zoning resolution. The parcel (17-00621.000) is located at 5897 Johnsville Rd., Centerburg, OH and is owned by James & Erica Eppich. The application will be available for examination from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. just prior to the start of the hearing. Immediately following the close of the public hearing, the Zoning Board of Appeals will reconvene to deliberate and decide upon the requested variance.
