You are hereby notified that on 11/17/2021, Arthur Sylvester Snyder, Ill filed Petitions of Adoption of Minor, in the Knox County Common Pleas Court, Probate Division, at 111 E. High St. Mt. Vernon, OH 43050, for the adoption of Liam Joseph Addison, a minor, DOB 11/11/2007 born at Coshocton County, Ohio; Emily Grace Snyder, a minor, DOB 1/31/2009 born at Terre Haute, Indiana, and Levi David Addison, a minor, DOB 7/9/2012 born at Terre Haute Indiana.
"A FINAL DECREE OF ADOPTON, IF GRANTED, WILL RELIEVE YOU OF ALL PARENTAL RIGHTS Ats.ID RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO CONTACT THE MINOR, AND, EXCEPT WITH RESPECT TO A SPOUSE, TERMINATE ALL LEGAL RELATIONSHIPS BETWEENN THE MINOR AND YOU AND THE MINOR'S OTHER RELATIVES, SO THAT THE MINOR THEREAFTER IS STRANGER TO YOU AND THE MINOR'S FORMER RELATIVES FOR ALL PURPOSES. IF YOU PETITION WITHIN TWENTY-EIGHT DAYS AFTER THE LAST PUBLICATION, IF YOU WISH TO CONTEST THE ADOPTON, YOU MUST ALSO APPEAR AT THE HEARING.
