The Main Place is gathering winter items such as hats and gloves to fill Christmas gift bags for the less fortunate – and wants the community's help.
Adult-sized winter gear can be donated at 117 West High St., Mount Vernon, OH 43050, either by mail or during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and given to any employee.
The gift bags are going to be put together on Friday, Dec. 17, so as many items as can be donated by that day would be appreciated.
