State Route 13 between Franklin and James streets closed July 8 at 7 a.m. as the City Engineering Department and the Ohio Department of Transportation oversee roadway widening and related work.
Work will last from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday and Saturday as needed. An end date has not been announced.
