Christian Life Shop to show locally produced film on abortion survivor

MOUNT VERNON – Knox County resident Steve Feazel will show the film “A Voice for Life,” featuring the story of abortion survivor Melissa Ohden.

Feazel was the lead writer and a producer on this award-winning film. Ohden survived a saline abortion attempt in 1977. She now is the mother of two girls and heads the Abortion Survivor Network.

A highly sought-after pro-life speaker, Ohden once spoke at the Starting Point Pregnancy Center in Knox County. She has appeared on Fox & Friends and on the Sean Hannity Radio Show. The film will be shown at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 4, in the Ministry Room in the rear of the Christian Life Shop, located at 117 S. Main St. in Mount Vernon.

There is only seating for 10 people, so call Karen Norris at 740-397-3303 to reserve your seat. There is no charge, but a freewill offering will be taken.
