The most recent incident happened on July 3 and it involved a woman with whom he was once involved.
Morris has two prior instances of domestic violence in Mount Vernon Municipal Court since 2014, which were both misdemeanors of the first degree.
In June of 2014, he was found guilty of misdemeanor domestic violence and was given two years probation and a temporary protection order was issued. He was then arrested again in May 2018 for another domestic violence charge along with three other misdemeanor charges - he had punched a wall with children present - and another temporary protection order was issued. He was found guilty in both cases.
Michael L. Wallace, 32, Gambier, was indicted on two petty theft charges, both first degree misdemeanors, and one count of fifth-degree felony theft, which are all part of the same Ohio State ticket scheme. The current charges stem from June 18, 2018, July 10, 2018 and Sept. 14, 2018 and are similar to his previous ones where he had defrauded multiple people by not supplying tickets in exchange for money. He was recently sentenced to two consecutive 11-month prison terms after submitting a plea of guilty to two previous charges and he is facing another similar count in Washington County.
Christopher L. Schaade, 27 and Scott Schaade, 33, both of Mount Vernon, were both indicted on charges of aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony, and robbery, a second-degree felony.
The pair allegedly kicked in the door of a neighboring residence July 10, went inside, beat the occupant and took a television, according to Knox County Prosecutor Chip McConville.
Both have bonds set at $50,000 cash or surety without the 10 percent provision and with conditions. They are both being held in the Knox County Jail. In other indictments from the grand jury:

Kuhn, 48, Mount Vernon, was indicted on two drug charges, including the fifth-degree felony of aggravated possession of drugs (meth; a schedule II controlled substance) and one count of possession of drugs (Xanax, a schedule III, IV or V controlled substance) a misdemeanor of the first degree; Jordan A. Starmer, 28, Mount Vernon, was indicted on one charge of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; Donald W. Johnson, 51, Mount Vernon, was indicted on a fifth-degree charge of aggravated possession of drugs; Field N. Harris, 50, Columbus, was indicted on two fifth-degree felonies; one of forgery and one of passing bad checks; Richard A. Ashcraft, 33, Fredericktown, was indicted on charges of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degee felony, and the second-degree misdemeanor count of possessing drug abuse instruments; Joshua Lemley, 42, Mount Vernon, was indicted on counts of burglary, a felony of the second degree, violating a protection order, a third-degree felony, and petty theft, a first-degree misdemeanor. He is alleged to have entered his significant other’s residence without authorization and taken several items, including several electronics and food; Jozn E. Ocker, 36, homeless, was indicted in theft of drugs, a fourth-degree felony.
