Joshua Morrison/News Just southeast of the Village of Utica, near Peatmoss Road and Ginger Hill Road, a new “pond” has formed. According to information provided by the Licking County Engineer’s Office, a pond system believed to be at least 10 years old on a private farm failed, resulting in flooding.
