The Fredericktown Community Library will hold online book discussions at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, and Thursday, Aug. 13, on Zoom.

The discussion will be on “The Art of Making Memories: How to Create and Remember Happy Moments” by Meik Wiking. The book examines "how peak experiences are made, stored and remembered," a brief synopsis on Wiking's website said.

Wiking, founder and CEO of Happiness Research Institute, has an extensive following of readers, his website said. His books have sold over 1 million copies and have been translated into more than 35 languages. He has been called the "the world's happiest man" by media sources.

In addition to running his own company, Wiking also serves as a research associate for Denmark at the World Database of Happiness and is a member of the Global Happiness Policy Report's policy advisory group.

To participate in the book discussion, complete the online registration form at www.knox.net/fredericktown-community-library. A valid email address is required for registration.
