The funeral service for David Charles Black, 90, of Utica will be held at11am on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at the Utica Church of Christ, 115 N.Central Ave., Utica, with David Smith and Doug Swan officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Bell Cemetery.
