Parcel #60-00637.000 and 60.00789.001. Said property is currently located in Union Township as is being petitioned to be annexed into the Village of Danville.

Situated in the County of Knox, in the State of Ohio and in the Township of Union and being in the Southeast Quarter of Section #5, Quarter 2, Union Township, Knox County, Ohio, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of County Road and Richards Street, and running thence North 7 degrees 30’ East a distance of 760.01 feet along the center line of Richards Street to a point and being the beginning point of the tract herein described. Said beginning point being also located North 7 degrees 30’ East a distance of 313.25 feet from the Northeast corner of a 4.0 acre tract owned by the Danville Board of Education; running thence from said beginning point North 7 degrees 30’ East a distance of 135.25 feet along the centerline of Richards Street; thence North 81 degrees 20’West a distance of 150 feet to an iron stake; thence South 7 degrees 30’ West a distance of 135.25 feet to an iron stake; thence South 81 degrees 20’East a distance of 150 feet to the point of be ginning, containing 0.46 of an acre, but subject to all street right-of-ways of record. Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Danville-Amity Road (County Road 14) and the northerly extension of the west line of Richards Street; thence South 3 deg. 42’ 15” West passing thru an iron pin found at 30.31 feet, along the west line of Richards Street a total of 333.68 feet to an iron pin set marking the northeast corner and beginning point of the parcel herein described; thence continuing South 3 deg., 42’ 15” West, along Ri chards Street, 38.50 feet to an iron pin found at the northeast corner of a 0.46 acre parcel (Survey E-643); thence North 85 deg., 08’ 25” West 133.50 feet to an iron pin found at the northwest corner of said parcel; thence North 3 deg., 42’ 50” East 35.82 feet to an iron pin set; thence South 86 deg., 17’ 40” East 133.47 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.114 of an acre, as surveyed on October, 1992, by Tracy & Mills, Surveyors, 10 E Vine Street, Mount Vernon, Ohio, David R. This split and transfer was approved by the Knox County Regional Planning Commission on the condition that if the 0.114 acre tract is ever sold or transferred that it shall be sold or transferred to the owner of contiguous real estate.
