Chesnee Fairall put together a monster week at the plate, earning her recognition as the Mount Vernon News Player of the Week.
The Centerburg Trojans standout went 6-for-12 across the week, collecting 12 RBIs, one double, and a stolen base in a string of strong performances. But it was her explosive outing against Mount Gilead that stole the spotlight.
Fairall was unstoppable, going a perfect 5-for-5 with two home runs, a double, and 11 RBIs in the game. Her bat fueled the Trojans’ offense and helped power Centerburg to a commanding victory.
