McDonald's of Ohio has announced that a General Manager from the Mt. Vernon area has received the Outstanding General Manager Award. This award is given annually to select General Managers who show exceptional leadership, with only 10% of managers across the United States being recognized.
The award honors those who ensure their restaurant runs smoothly, focusing on food quality, service speed, and cleanliness. These managers maintain high customer service standards and foster a positive work culture. To qualify for this recognition, a manager must have at least one year of experience and be a graduate of Hamburger University in Chicago.
"This group of managers have truly exemplified what it means to lead with integrity and passion," said Brian Mortellaro, local Owner/Operator. "Their ability to inspire their team, drive performance, and create a positive atmosphere for both employees and customers makes them incredibly deserving of this recognition."
The Outstanding General Manager in the Mt. Vernon area is Cody Corry.
