Their facility, which measures 54' x 84',  is one of the largest in the region and houses the different equipment used in production. Their sugar house, built in 2012, plays a key role in the process.

Approximately 6,000 maple trees are tapped annually to collect the sap they use to make their signature product. The family takes pride in making pure Ohio maple syrup. Guests will have the chance to tastes the product and will have a guided tour of the facility.

The Butcher family farm has been passed down for generations, but challenges faced by small farms led them to pursue other careers. In 2011, they had the opportunity to revive their family's maple syrup-making tradition, using the same trees their ancestors once tapped. That year's sugaring season was record-breaking, yielding thousands of gallons of sap, which reignited their passion for syrup production. Ever since, they have been driven by the urge to produce even more pure Ohio maple syrup each year.
