Debra Diane Rhea, 61, of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, peacefully passed away on October 19, 2024, after a courageous eight-year battle with ovarian cancer. Born on January 14, 1963 in Parkersburg, WV, she was known as Debbie to her family and friends.
She was the beloved mother of Brittany Rhea and Logan Rhea, grandmother of Kahlee Rhea, and the devoted wife of Mitch Rhea, who predeceased her in 2020.
Debbie cherished her children, granddaughter, and extended family. She had a passion for country music and loved trips to the beach. Her career was diverse, spanning accounting, legal work, and adult probation.
Debbie is survived by her children, Brittany Rhea (Dylan De Silvestri) and Logan Rhea; father, Lloyd (Carol) Hinzman; brother, Paul Hinzman (Curtis Clifford); extended family and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mitch Rhea; mother, JoAnn Hinzman; and sister, Brenda Morris.
