PUBLIC NOTICE
The Middlebury Township Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Middlebury Township Garage, 19758 Waterford Road, Fredericktown. They will meet to consider the application for a variance on the property of Samuel Shelter located at 7342 Ridge Road, Fredericktown. The applicant is requesting a variance to build an addition on the house that is currently non-conforming.
