A few students from the Northridge FFA chapter took part in the Job Interview CDE where they were able to prepare for their future in the interview process and ultimately employment. This individual event tests students' ability to demonstrate the skills needed when seeking employment in the agricultural field. Students are responsible for writing a cover letter before the event takes place in order to reflect on their current skills and responsibilities that relate to the job that they are applying for. Kaylee Goodwin, Cassie Lahrmer, Rhyana Eblin, McKinley Tennant, Madeline Korn, and Madison Hoover all attend subdistrict Job Interview. While at the event, the girls filled out a job application, went through an interview and then wrote a follow up letter. Three students qualified for district competition. Those students were Rhyana Eblin, McKinley Tennant, and Madeline Korn. Rhyana and Madeline were able to attend the event on October  25th, 2023 hosted by the Fairfield Career.
