November is celebrated as Child Safety Protection Month, a time dedicated to understanding the social determinants of our youths health. Knox Public Health has shared with the public many different ways to ensure safety for our kids. Including procedures to emphasize safety in the event of a fire, poisoning, choking, or drowning. As well as reminders to wear your seat belt, or bike helmet, and to look both ways when crossing the street.
