On Saturday, Nov 4th, Mount Vernon Nazarene University’s Honor Program hosted Knox County Community Clean-Up Day to provide a free opportunity for Knox County residents to dispose of unwanted items. The goal of the event was to encourage community members to clean up around their property and keep neighborhoods clean and beautiful. Students from MVNU helped dispose of unwanted items into dumpsters, everything from yard waste and furniture to old drywall and construction debris were thrown away!
