Larry Kanuckle, born May 29, 1949, in Coshocton, OH, passed from this life on September 12, 2023, in Gahanna, OH after a short illness.
Larry was an Army Veteran, having completed two tours of duty in the Vietnam War. Between tours, Larry married his high school sweetheart, Pamela Jeanne Kanuckle (Reed) in North Carolina on February 22, 1971.
Larry loved having dinner with his family and dominating the euchre table, but also enjoyed pranks, bowling, poker, woodworking, and fast cars.
Larry is preceded in death by his grandparents Ted and Zella Cullison, parents Russell Noel Kanuckle and Eloise Dickenson (Cullison), stepfather Eldon "Budd" Dickenson, uncle Paul "Sonny" Kanuckle, and aunt Sandra Farmer. He is survived and lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years Pamela, his daughters Cheryl Kanuckle and Sondra (Paul) Bryson, his grandchild Oneita Bryson, his aunts Joan (Ray) Fitch and Colleen (Alan) Allman, cousins Betty Lou Garveick, Dwight Farmer, Steven Farmer, Suzanne (Scott) Dapprich and other family members.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 25, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Schoedinger Northeast Funeral Home, 1051 East Johnstown Road, Gahanna, OH 43230, with a Memorial Service following visitation, beginning at 1:00 pm.
