Eight found guilty July 10

Alexander Burns, 30, Mount Vernon, violating a protection order.

James Moore, 48, Centerburg, domestic violence and aggravated menacing.

Phalen Linville, 41, Mount Vernon, two counts of theft.

George Perone Jr., 30, Mount Vernon, disorderly conduct.

George Perone Sr., 50, Mount Vernon, disorderly conduct and menacing.

Shanna Mickley, 23, Howard, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Timothy Shutt, 73, Mount Vernon, driving under suspension.

Brady Pliler, 24, Upper Arlington, speeding.

Law Director Robert Broeren prosecuted the Mickley case on behalf of the State of Ohio. Assistant Law Director Brittany Whitney prosecuted all other cases on behalf of the City of Mount Vernon, the State of Ohio and the Villages of Centerburg, Danville, Fredericktown and Gambier.

Nicole Wheeler, 35, Mount Vernon, receiving stolen property.

Nathaniel Cornell, 22, Fredericktown, violating a protection order.

Jason Lumbatis, 44, Mount Vernon, persisting disorderly conduct.

Johnathon Solis, 35, Galion, possessing drug paraphernalia.

Cody Jackson, 19, Mount Vernon, possessing or consuming alcohol under the age of 21.

Brian Hunter, 56, Gambier, criminal trespassing and two counts of driving under suspension.

Kaleb Brock, 20, Coshocton, carrying a concealed weapon.

Jason Whitt, 24, Marengo, fishing without a license.

Adam Quinn, 32, Wooster, possessing drug paraphernalia.

Logan Landaker, 26, Dresden, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Larry Cunningham, 41, Mount Vernon, driving under a 12-point suspension.

Berhane Abreha, 36, Columbus, starting/backing a vehicle without safety.

Richard Tanley Jr., 33, Mount Vernon, driving under an OVI/ALS suspension.

Gage Gandy, 28, Brinkhaven, driving under suspension and speeding.

Olivia Ralston, 19, Pataskala, speeding.

Mark Donaldson, 27, Columbus, speeding.

Denise Monk, 56, Howard, driving under an FRA suspension.

Assistant Law Director Brittany Whitney prosecuted the Cornell case on behalf of the Village of Fredericktown and the Abreha case on behalf of the City of Mount Vernon. Steven Backus, 23, Mount Vernon, disorderly conduct.

Emma Hoeflich, 25, Fredericktown, failing to use a signal when changing lanes, speeding.

Bristyl Hunter, 37, Mount Vernon, permitting an unlicensed driver to operate her vehicle.

David Davis, 30, Centerburg, menacing.

Four found guilty July 14

Erick Sharpe, 54, Mount Vernon, shifting/loose load.

Tessa Akers, 25, Mount Vernon, assured clear distance.

Eric Jordan, 35,  Mount Vernon, driving under an OVI/ALS suspension and driving with a dealer plate.

Candice Scanlon, 40, Mount Vernon, driving under an FRA suspension.
