Municipal Court finds 29 guilty week of June 26-30

Nine found guilty on June 26, 2023

Jason Moore, 45, Danville, two counts of public indecency.

Joashua Pruitt, 41, Mount Vernon, receiving stolen property.

Lathan Flowers, 20, Mount Vernon, possessing or consuming alcohol under the age of 21.

James Casebolt, 43, Fredericktown, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.

Kylie Adkins, 21, Mount Vernon, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.

Jacob Beveridge, 23, Bellville, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.

Marty Champion, 57, Olin, North Carolina, speeding.

Terry Lee Jr., 33, Mount Vernon, driving under suspension.

Cody Ashton, driving under an OVI suspension.

Nash Cochrane, 42, Gambier, criminal trespassing.

Bryan Miller, 39, Mount Vernon, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Jaire Lloyd, 21, Newark, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.

Robyn Villers, 41, Killbuck, two counts of driving under an OVI suspension.

Bradley Combs, 47, Mount Vernon, driving under an FRA suspension. 

James Raubenheimer, 20, Lexington, speeding.

Logan Hart, 21, Howard, driving under suspension.

Chelsie Troyer, 32, Mount Vernon, speeding.

Julie Shultz, 58, Mount Vernon, driving under suspension due to failing to reinstate her license and expired plates.

Morgan Homman, 20, Utica, speeding.

Three found guilty on June 28, 2023

John Lowe, 42, Mount Vernon, disorderly conduct-public intoxication.

Joshua Strohl, 20, Fredericktown, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse and failure to use reasonable control.

Anas Ghanim, 24, Dublin, failure to yield during a left turn.

Seven found guilty on June 30, 2023

Isaac Lucas, 25, Sunbury, criminal mischief.

Owen Bey, 41, Euclid, driving under suspension.

Alex Miller, 23, Dundee, speeding.

Xander Cantrell, 19, Shelby, speeding.

Kyle Fletcher, 31,  Utica, driving under an FRA suspension.

Clifford Carpenter, 66, Mount Vernon, speeding.

Shane Tucker, 31, Centerburg, driving under an FRA suspension.
