MOUNT VERNON – East Burgess Street will be closed between N. Gay Street and N. McKenzie Street until 3:30 p.m. today, May 17. The Street Department requested the closure for water service excavation and installing brick pavement. Road will be closed to all traffic, including emergency traffic.
