MOUNT VERNON — South Clinton Street will be closed to all traffic, including emergency traffic, on Wednesday, March 8, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. between East High Street and East Vine Street. Specialty Outdoor Services requested the closure for tree trimming, which will require a crane in the street.
