PERRYSVILLE – Robert M. Cutlip, Jr., 70, passed away at the OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. He was born in Ashland on Nov. 26, 1951, and was the son of Robert and Edna (Zemancik) Cutlip who preceded him in death.
He studied at Southern Ohio College NE after high school. He donated a lot of his time to helping charities that provided food and to recycling. He was a member of the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church and enjoyed hunting and being a grandpa.
Robert is survived by his wife, Hong Nguyen, and her daughters, Tu Cam Huynh Nguyen of Perrysville and Ngan Cam Huynh of Vietnam; his daughter, Brenda (Luke) Foley of Shelby; sons, Robert (Kimberly) Cutlip III of Burbank, Jeff of Glenmont (Mary Jo) Cutlip, David (Christine) Cutlip of Savannah, GA, Michael Cutlip of Loudonville and Steven (Detrinda) Cutlip of Loudonville; 18 grandchildren, with one more expected; a great-grandchild; sisters, Susan J. Howman of Wooster, Rebecca L. Aune of Mount Vernon and Laurene L. Vess of Danville; and his brother, James A. Cutlip of Ashland.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 28, at the Wesley Chapel church. Rev. David Havens will officiate. Burial will followin Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
