UTICA — A water line replacement project in Utica can now begin following the opening of project bids at the Licking County Administration Building. Utica Village Administrator Glen Richards attended the bid opening July 21 and reported that Law General Contracting submitted the lowest bid at $63,415.

Also submitting bids were Enviro-Construction at $63,630, ASK Service at $74,873, Rice Excavating LLC at $79,995 and TLV Services at $101,525. An estimate for the bid was set at $72,335.
