The Church On The Rise of Mount Vernon, Ohio, would like to thank the Food For The Hungry of Knox County Organization for the grant funds received this Summer of 2025 to supplement our food outreach pantry. The grant funds will help the church tremendously in continuing its efforts to help provide food to those in the county who currently need some assistance. During these hard economic times, it is so helpful to be able to purchase food from the Mid Ohio Food Bank in Columbus, Ohio, and with the grant monies for items we ordinarily could not afford because of a tight food budget. It is with great appreciation we thank the Knox County people and the Knox County Food For The Hungry Organization for the wonderful grant money and assure that every penny will go to purchase food items in order to help in the fight to end hunger in the county.
