Joshua Morrison/News MOUNT VERNON — Mount Vernon Fire Department with Fredericktown Community Fire District and Fredericktown EMS responded to a crash on Tuesday morning at 8:12 a.m. on Ohio 13 near Beckley Road. According the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Caleb Fry, 17, Mount Vernon, was northbound in a Suzuki XS and collided with a Dodge Ram truck driven by James Napper, 70, Fredericktown. Both drivers along with a passenger, Louis Weaver, 39, were flown by helicopter to Grant Medical Center in Columbus. Investigation into the crash is ongoing by the patrol.

Three injured in Tuesday crash
