MOUNT VERNON — Wilma Lee Hart, 73, of Mount Vernon, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2020, at her home. She was born June 14, 1946, in New Martinsville, West Virginia.

Lee is survived by her children; Alisa (Phillip) Hart-Given of Mount Vernon, Ernest Hart II of Coshocton and Karen Mill of Howard; five grandchildren, Justin, Jason, Jeremiah, Erica and Kacie; several great-grandchildren; four brothers, Larry Loy, David (Pam) Rush, Wayne (Patricia) Rush and Eugene Rush; three sisters, Carol (Carmen) Goff, Alberta (John) DeWitt and Teresa (Dan) Leedy.

Lee was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Rush, and her mother, Garnet (Loy) Rush.

The family will observe a private service at a later date. The Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home of Mount Vernon is honored to serve the family of Wilma Lee Hart.
