Joshua Morrison/News Mount Vernon Firefighter Erick Fisher uses an extrication cutting tool to remove a door on a 2009 Toyota Yaris at the entrance of WalMart and Coshocton Avenue after a crash on Thursday afternoon. Mary Mavis, 88, Fredericktown, was traveling eastbound, attempting to turn at the Walmart entrance and collided with Tammy Young, 57, Mount Vernon. Young was then taken to Knox Community Hospital. Mavis was cited for right of way when turning left.
