DANVILLE — Danville Family Dental, Knox County Dental and their staff are excited to announce their annual Free Day of Dentistry! This year’s event will be held Friday, Aug. 23.

This will be the 30th year Danville Family Dental has offered this free day of dentistry. Dr. Aaron Lerg, Dr. Lisa Meyer, and Dr. Brent Whittaker offer this free day to provide a service to the community and to make the public more aware of the importance of good dental care. Their goal is to help as many people as they can.

This year, the event will be first-come, first-serve. No appointment necessary. No phone calls needed in order to be seen. Patients can check in starting at 8 a.m. at Knox County Dental, 706 S. Market Street, directly across the street from Danville Family Dental, and we will see as many patients as time allows. Services offered are cleanings, fillings and extractions and we will have free refreshments to enjoy while waiting. This is an exciting community event and the staff looks forward to serving as many people as possible.

Please remember that this day is first-come, first-serve. The closer to 8 a.m. you arrive, the more likely you will be seen. We plan on checking in patients until noon, but will adjust this time if more patients than anticipated arrive for services.
