FREDERICKTOWN — The village of Fredericktown will be making repairs to the town’s water system Monday.

Starting at about 8 p.m. July 22, the village will repair a water main at W. Sandusky Street (Ohio 95) and Main Street. Sandusky Street between Main to Taylor Streets will be closed and traffic will be detoured, according to a village press release.

Residents in the area will likely be without water for several hours and there will be a 24-hour boil water advisory.

The water should be back on and the streets reopened no later than 2 a.m. Tuesday, July 23.
