MOUNT VERNON – The East Knox High School graduation ceremony has been moved from Howard to Mount Vernon Nazarene University at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 19. The move is due to a gas leak at the school.

Graduating seniors are to report to R.R. Hodges Auditorium by 12:15 p.m. for practice. An awards ceremony will also be incorporated into commencement ceremonies.

Due to the ongoing gas work, East Knox High School canceled classes for two days and will have an announcement on make-up activities on Monday.
