MOUNT VERNON — The Knox County Youth Works summer program is now pre-screening youth applicants, ages 14-24, for the 2019 summer work experience!

Knox County Youth Works provides Knox County youth who meet federal eligibility requirements and income guidelines with opportunities for summer employment at various sites throughout Mount Vernon and Knox County.

Youth participants have been placed at area businesses and organizations or on work crews doing various tasks throughout the county.

Knox County Youth Works is operated in partnership by Opportunity Knox and GOAL Digital Academy. The program runs from the beginning of June to the middle of August, and spots are limited so start your application process today by contacting Tanner Salyers at 740-872-0491.
