Hanley Harrmann of Real Living Home Team does a cartwheel after her name was announced during opening day ceremonies for the Mount Vernon Girls Softball League on Saturday.
Fred Main/News Former Mount Vernon High School and Mount Vernon Girls Softball League standout Madi Drabick throws out the ceremonial first pitch to open the MVGSL season Saturday at Memorial Park. Drabick is currently playing softball at Ohio Wesleyan University and still finds time to volunteer with MVGSL. Teams and players from six different age divisions, as well as all-star teams, were recognized during the ceremony.
