The Centerburg Trojans survived a scare at the end of Wednesday evening’s game against the host East Knox Bulldogs to get out of town with their third win of the season, 40-39, in Knox Morrow Athletic Conference action.
Mount Vernon wrestling seniors Jacob Dehart, Max VanFossen and Bailey Cunningham did not spend too much time on the mat Saturday, on a day to recognize them, wrestling for a combined 3:21 in picking up three wins by pin.
