MOUNT VERNON — Roxanne R. Vance, 63, of Mount Vernon, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2019, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born Oct. 7, 1955, in Berry, Vermont, to the late Arthur and Dorothy Seguin.

Roxanne enjoyed camping and being in the outdoors. She loved rock-n-roll music and her greatest joy was being around her children and grandkids.

Roxanne is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Hedinger, Michelle (Brett Vernon) Hedinger, Sarah Hedinger; grandchildren, Alex Marti, Ethan Tucker, Maissie Burkett, Autumn Burkett, Shelby Cook, Jade Burkett, Emily Vernon, Brandon Vernon; great-grandchildren, Lyric and Titan Allenbaugh, Drayke McClain.

Along with her parents, Roxanne is preceded in death by her brother and sister.

A celebration of life service will be held at the Apostolic Christian Church, 1635 Old Delaware Road, Mount Vernon, on Saturday, Feb. 9, at 4 p.m. with calling hours from 3 to 4 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Apostolic Christian Church.
