MOUNT VERNON — A Mount Vernon woman was indicted by the grand jury Monday for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, which is a third-degree felony.

During a traffic stop, Marcella L. Edwards, 34 was found to be in possession of the compound, a schedule II controlled substance, which exceeded five grams but was less than 10. She also possessed $844 in cash, according to the indictment.

Dustin E. Shinabery, 40, Howard, was indicted by the grand jury for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, and for possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

Lisa M. Mondillo, 47, Fredericktown, was indicted on three charges by the grand jury; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a felony of the fifth degree; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, and shoplifting, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Cody J. Myers, 29, Centerburg, was indicted by the grand jury for the second-degree felony of failure to provide a change of address as a convicted sex offender. According to the indictment, Myers was previously convicted of sexual battery, a second-degree felony, and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a felony of the fourth degree. He is alleged to have failed to provide written notice of a change of internet accounts to the sheriff of Knox County.

Amanda M. Mele, 30, homeless, was indicted by the grand jury on a charge of receiving stolen property, a felony of the fifth degree.

Michael P. Cosner, 28, Howard, was indicted by the grand jury on two charges; trespassing in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a felony of the fourth degree, and violating a protection order, a third-degree felony.

Scott A Woodworth, 58, Baltimore, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, a felony of the third degree, and of driving under OVI suspension, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Jeannie L Fairchild, 52, Galion, was indicted on the charges of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a felony of the fourth degree, and of driving under OVI suspension, a first-degree misdemeanor. Fairchild had been previously convicted of three or more OVI violations, according to the indictment.

Michael A. Neff, 43, Columbus, was indicted on a charge of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

Matthew M. Friar, 38, Mansfield, was indicted by the grand jury on two drug-related charges; aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, and possession of drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor.

David J. Cornell, Jr, 43, homeless, was indicted on a charge of possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree.

Douglas M. Blanchard, 51, of Danville, was indicted by the grand jury for aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, and for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Joshua M. Loveland, 33, Mount Vernon, was indicted on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree.

Rickie L. Rhea, 23, Mount Vernon, was indicted by the grand jury on the charge of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony. She was placed under weapons disability after previously pleading guilty to one count of aggravated drug possession in August 2017, according to the indictment.
