Mother Genevieve Daniels, center, said she was a complete surprise, as Kahleigha arrived 19 days early. Older brother Karson Schaade, right, met his sister Wednesday. Kahleigha weighed in at 8 pounds and 5 ounces. A local family donated a blanket and the hospital staff provided a gift card and gifts to the first baby of the new year.
