WOOSTER — May A. Vogler, 81, of Wooster, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, Nov. 5, 2018, at Wooster Community Hospital.

She was born Dec. 11, 1936, in Parma, to Wade and Charlotte (Harrison) Baldwin.

May married Thomas R. Vogler Oct. 19, 1956, in South Bend, IN. He went home to be with the Lord June 5, 2015.

She was a devoted homemaker and was also a member of the Greer Wesleyan Church. She also was a leader of the “The Lady’s Lunch Bunch” which was a weekly christian fellowship group for women. She was a member of Gideons International, previously taught sunday school and was also a Girl Scout and Cub Scout Leader.

She is survived by her children, Dawn Najpaver of Ozark, Missouri, Kelly (Richard) Charvat of Valley City, Laura (Wayne) Rogers of Cedar Park, Texas, and Wade (Connie) Vogler of Wooster; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband (of 59 years), she is preceded in death by her twin sisters, Dora Pope and Doris Sharpe, and a son-in-law, Timothy Najpaver.

Graveside services will be Sunday, Nov. 11, 1 p.m. at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, 18975 Chapel Road, in Danville, OH 43014.

There will be no local visitation.
