Joshua Morrison/News A Mid-State Waste garbage truck went off the right side of the road and overturned on Old Mansfield Road, Tuesday morning, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The driver, Scott Ferriman, 55, Marion, was uninjured. Fredericktown Community Fire Department was on the scene for several hours. FCFD  Lt. Jeremy Moss is next to the truck at left, laying down pads to soak fuel that had spilled. The driver was cited for failure to control. The road remained closed while crews cleaned and cleared the scene. FCFD reported on the scene for three hours.
