FREDERICKTOWN — The Fredericktown Freddies picked up their first win of the season Friday in a Homecoming game against Mount Gilead, 39-8, sealed by three Fredericktown touchdowns in the fourth quarter.

“Our kids just played really hard,” Fredericktown coach Beau Wolford said. “We preached all week mental focus, execute and take away those mental mistakes and errors. They did it tonight. They took away all of those mistakes we have been making the last couple of weeks.”
