Joshua Morrison/News An unknown amount of fuel spilled into the Apple Valley Marina on Friday afternoon. Members of the Eastern Knox County Joint Fire District placed containment booms, absorbent mats and pads throughout fuel docks trying to soak up the gasoline. Firefighters were on scene for about 90 minutes. The Ohio EPA was notified of the spill. No further information was available as of press time.
