CENTERBURG — The Centerburg Public Library will be offering fall sessions of Story Time and Lap Sit beginning the week of Sept. 10. This session will run through Thanksgiving.

Story Time is intended for children who are 3 to 5 years of age. However, kindergarteners may attend regardless of age. They will enjoy stories, crafts, songs and fun as they get an opportunity to meet new friends. These sessions will be Mondays, 6:30-7 p.m., and Tuesdays, 10:30-11 a.m. Please pick a day and time that best fits your schedule.

Lap Sit is for babies and toddlers up to 36 months of age. The child attends each session with a parent or caregiver and siblings are welcome. Everyone will participate in songs, stories and simple crafts. This is a great time to meet new friends and connect with others in a small group setting. Lap Sit is offered Wednesday mornings from 10:30-10:50 a.m.

No registration is required. Please call the library with any questions at 740-625-6538 or visit the website at
