WALHONDING — William R. “Bill” Peck, 75, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2018, at his residence in Walhonding. He was born July 19, 1943, in Columbus to the late Walter and Vivian (Merchant) Peck.

Bill previously worked for Lennox Industries in Columbus and Shamrock Plastics in Mount Vernon. He enjoyed the simple things in life and spent much of his time outdoors either hunting or fishing.

Bill is survived by his devoted wife of 45 years, Joyce A. (Gray) Peck; daughters, Teresa Gibson and Angel Peck; son, William (Heather) Peck; brother, Richard (Peggy) Peck; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; along with his extended family.

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13, at Crouse-Kauber-Fraley Funeral Home, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown. Casual attire is suggested.
