MOUNT VERNON — A 31-unit timeshare condo in Apple Valley will have a $1.6 million minimum bid.

Real estate held by the Apple Valley Resort Unit Owner’s Association has been appraised at $2.5 million, according to a filing in Knox County Common Pleas Court. If it is to sell, bids must reach at least $1,665,000, or two thirds of the appraised value.

The sale is proceeding through the courts to public auction as a civil action. It has been on the common pleas docket since April 2017.
