Joshua Morrison/News A traffic stop on Taylor Road Thursday evening resulted in the arrest of Jessica Mosier, 39, Mount Vernon, on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs. According to the report of arresting deputy Masen Gilbert, he witnessed a vehicle backing from Follin Avenue. During the traffic stop, “white/brown crystaline substances, drug paraphernalia and two black BB guns were located.” Assisting in the stop were deputies Annette Mahon and Sgt. Dan Selby. No further information was available at press time.
