FREDERICKTOWN — David Turner, 69, of Fredericktown passed away Saturday, June 16, 2018, at the Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital in Westerville.

He was born Oct. 17, 1948, in Mount Vernon to the late Dale and Evadean (Reed) Turner. David worked for 24 years at JB Foote Foundry, 27 years at Cooper Energy Services. He was a volunteer at the Fredericktown Fire Department for over 27 years. David enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, fishing, hunting and making his delicious turtle stew. But most of all, he loved the time he spent with his family.

He is survived by his son, Clint (Dana) Turner; and three grandchildren, Christian Huffman, Dyllon Huffman and Jaylynn Burton.

There will be a celebration of life gathering Saturday, June 23, beginning at 2 p.m. at the Kokosing Lake Campground on Waterford Road, Fredericktown.
