MOUNT VERNON — Mount Vernon High School Latin students have aced the National Latin Test this year, with students medaling within the top 1% of 175,000 students in the world who took the test in March.

“The Latin program continues to thrive,” explained Latin teacher Mary Jo Behrensmeyer, “and our success on national tests is a testament to our strong program and outstanding students.”
