BRINKHAVEN — Dolores Lee Logston Meehan, former resident of Brinkhaven, went to be with her Lord, June 24, 2017.

Born Dolores Lee Logston, Oct. 10, 1928, to James Wesley Logston and Nora Louisa (Mobley) Logston in Glendale, West Virginia. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James E. Meehan; and brother, James L. Logston.

Dolores is survived by her daughters, Gloria Meehan, Karen Meehan, and Terry (Tom) Biasi; grandchildren, Gretchen (Michael) Blanker, Peter Biasi, Tony (Beckee) Biasi, and Rebecca Biasi; great-grandchildren, Lou Biasi and Lee Biasi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Dolores was a supportive mother and friend. Over the years she was a Girl Scout troop leader, member of the Lone Hand Euchre Club and Chargerette Bowling League.

Dolores was employed by Kno-Ho-Co CAC, for 30 years and retired in 1999. Throughout her employment she dedicated time to chaperone Senior Citizen Trips to various destinations and thoroughly enjoyed working on Bingo nights.

She is at peace and will be missed but lovingly remembered always.

A graveside gathering will be held Saturday, May 5, at 10 a.m. at the Brinkhaven Cemetery.
